Wally's Basement Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions define the rules by which HMGS, Inc. (HMGS) Members may use Wally’s Basement.ย Purchase of a Wally’s Basement includes acceptance of these T&Cs.
Wallyโs Basement (Wally’s) enables HMGS Members (Dwellers) to exchange, sell, or barter items that are in excess to their PERSONAL gaming needs.ย It is not intended to compete with or provide an alternate area to the commercial area in the Exhibit Hall; as such, any Dweller that is deemed by the Coordinators to be a commercial operation will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.

12. Wally’s will remain empty of Dwellers and their wares until the Coordinators have verified that the tables are properly and safely arranged.
13. The Coordinators will determine when it is appropriate to allow the Dwellers to enter the Basement for set-up purposes.ย Set-up will typically begin 45-60 minutes prior to the start of the each session.ย Those with special needs will be given preference to early entrance for set-up purposes only.
14. Dwellers who have signed up for subsequent sessions will not be permitted to remain in Wally’s between sessions.ย Members who have signed up for consecutive sessions may either break down or cover their table with a sheet or similar covering.ย They shall not sell, trade, reserve, or bargain in any way with any other Dwellers or Attendees before or between sessions while in Wally’s.
15. The Coordinators will be the only ones authorized to open the Basement to the public, and may restrict the number of Attendees in Wally’s at any time.
16. Dwellers violating any of these conditions understand that the Coordinators have the authority to revoke the table assignment and have the Member leave Wally’s for the remainder of the session.ย In addition, the Coordinators may determine if the Dwellers will be allowed to return Wally’s for subsequent sessions at this and future Conventions.ย There will be no refund(s).
17. The Dwellers will abide by the decisions and interpretations of the policy, procedures and rules by the Coordinators with respect to the operation of Wally’s.
18. For all other issues, a Wally’s oversight committee consisting of the Convention Director (or their designee), the Convention Operations Director (or their designee), and a Coordinator will address complaints jointly.ย Their decision will be final.
